OzPol’s Care Workers are experienced and committed to providing the highest level of care. They are supported by a strong team consisting of a medical practitioner, registered nurses, allied health team and other professionals.
All of OzPol’s employees hold police checks. They are covered by workers compensation and insurance. They pride themselves on their reliability and punctuality.
Staff complete Orientation Training and are encouraged to attend other courses held in-house. Regular performance reviews are conducted and OzPol offers training to the care staff where appropriate.
