Multicultural Services

OzPol can provide care services to multicultural clients as we have a large pool of bi-lingual staff. We can meet the need to converse with clients in their preferred language and show knowledge and respect of their cultural needs. This is important as a good proportion of CALD people will lose or will have lost their English language skills due to illness (i.e. dementia, stroke) and remains fluent only in their native tongue.

OzPol can provide Care Workers from 35 CALD backgrounds.
