Nursing Home
Most people do not want to think about nursing home care while still relatively healthy and independent; they tend to leave it until an emergency forces them to face the issue. Planning ahead for the later years means family won’t have to make important decisions on the run.
- Talk things over with family while still able to do so.
- Be involved in the decision about where and how you'd like to live if you can no longer look after yourself.
- Once an ACAT assessment confirms your eligibility for subsidised nursing care, put your name on OzPol's list.
The Facility
The nursing home facility will be a modern purpose-built complex for predominantly culturally and linguistically diverse elderly. The needs of our residents are the core principle of our facility. All amenities and services are designed to meet the residents' needs.
